Shipping Policy
1.Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is confirmed. Orders submitted on weekends or official holidays will be arranged on the next working day.
2.Delivery Period
We deliver to designated regions only. Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days after shipment. Possible delays may result from customs inspection, bad weather, logistics peak season or other force majeure beyond our control.
3.Order Tracking
A valid tracking number will be sent via email once goods are dispatched. You can check delivery status online anytime.
4.Customs Duties & Taxes
All import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees shall be borne by buyers. We take no responsibility for packages detained by local customs authorities.
5.Unsuccessful Delivery
Please fill in complete and accurate shipping address and contact info. If delivery fails caused by wrong address, unavailable receiver or customer’s refusal to sign for parcel, shipping expense is non-refundable and reshipment is not available.
6.Lost & Damaged Package
If your parcel gets lost or damaged during transit, please contact customer service with relevant proofs, we will solve your issue properly.
